Behind the Scenes Look at our Embroidery Shop
Everyone likes to get a behind-the-scene look and we thought you might like to see some basic pictures of what goes on in our embroidery shop on a typical day.
Here you'll see a stack of sweatshirts marked with chalk. Each garment is measured and marked to ensure straight embroidery in the correct location.
Next, the garment is placed in a hoop and embroidery can begin.
In some cases, the same embroidery can be done on six garments at the same time.
Once garments are embroidered, they await the next step, which involves manually trimming the embroidery and blowing off any chalk marks.
The garments are folded, individually polybagged and boxed for delivery. Polybags keep the garments neat and clean through delivery and until the customer is ready to wear them.
Finally, a happy customer receives the order and enhances their company image by wearing custom apparel.
