You can meet with your Midwest Stitch sales representative in our showroom, over the phone, by videoconference or by email. During this crucial step, we get to know your business and learn what you need and want from your apparel.
Expect your consultant to ask questions like: How many people are you looking to outfit? Do you want garments with men’s and ladies’ versions? Is this order for a special event like a company picnic, fundraiser, or tradeshow? Are these garments meant for daily wear by office staff or by workers doing manual labor? Are there safety regulations with which your garments need to comply? Do you prefer cotton fabric or performance fabric?
After learning about your business and hearing what you need from your custom branded apparel, your sales representative makes informed recommendations and shows you samples as necessary to help you select the garments that best fit your needs.
2Digitizing & Proofing
Once you provide a copy of your logo, our in-house digitizer will assess how to render your logo in thread, and then program each and every stitch of your design so it communicates with our embroidery machines to generate a beautifully embroidered logo.
You will be provided with a proof of your logo sewn on a swatch piece of fabric before any garments are embroidered. This allows the opportunity to make adjustments before your garments are completed.
Your logo represents your business, and our embroidery represents ours. All embroidery is done in-house by our experienced team so we can ensure that each garment you receive is worthy of both your company image and ours.
4Packaging and Shipping
We include value-added services like polybagging with every order. Depending on your order, we may also recommend packaging your garments by person. A Midwest Stitch team member will make arrangements with you for pickup or delivery once your order is completed and neatly packaged.
We ship orders all over the country, so no matter where your event is located or how many company branches you are coordinating garment orders for, we make sure your garments arrive on-time and well-organized.
